DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial spaces.
Follow specific instructions and checklists provided by clients to ensure their cleaning needs are met.
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in every job undertaken.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in cleaning services. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Reliable transportation to travel to different job locations.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Have All of your own cleaning supplies
THE 4 – STEP CLEANER SCREENING PROCESS
PHASE 1
The Domestic Worker applicant must go through our super rigorous custom online screening test.
PHASE 2
Next, an online interview hops with the Domestic Manager for a more intense interrogation interview
PHASE 3
Next, a Phone Interview hops on a call with the manager for a more intense interrogation
PHASE 4
The last phase is to screen candidates and make sure your preferred cleaner is background-checked!
