Half & Half Junk Removal is seeking strong, dependable independent contractors to join our team as Junk Removal Loaders. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll work flexible hours, get paid per job, and play a key role in removing unwanted items from homes, offices, and worksites. We want you on our crew if you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to hustle.
What You’ll Do:
- Load and remove junk, furniture, debris, and other items
- Safely lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs)
- Provide friendly, professional service to clients
- Sort materials for donation, recycling, or proper disposal
- Keep trucks and tools clean and organized
- Work efficiently with your crew to complete jobs on time
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to lift heavy items and handle physical labor
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Smartphone with GPS and communication apps
- Professional, respectful attitude with clients and team
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Prior junk removal or moving experience is a plus
